The interview procedure is usually a two-stage process, although may involve more steps for certain roles.
Our Recruitment Department assesses initial applications and coordinates interviews. Candidates will then be informed as to what to expect next.
For Sales Associates, the second-stage comprises of an Assessment Centre to examine a number of specific skills, and could include presentations, interactive role plays and formal shop-floor interviews.
